Located in Minneapolis' North Loop, The North House is a destination for thought leaders, idea creators, and adventurers. It's designed to unlock and ignite human potential through shared experiences.The North House is more than just a workplace; it's a community. Latitude designed The North House in 2018 as an event center for non-profits to hold meetings and galas. The pandemic quickly transformed the event space into a coworking membership club, including Latitude's fourth-floor agency space, allowing a vibrant community of like-minded people to thrive.A long-form narrative was written to create a storybook our guests can walk right into. "Way Out There" cements the idea that The North House does things differently than the rest. It tells how the hollow used to be, with each character coming to life in vivid detail. Reimagined vintage, engraved illustrations with a twist—one quintessential human element to anthropomorphize each creature, pulling them closer to our world so our guests could identify with each of them—their profile-designed pages scaled up as wallpaper elevate a thoughtful, storied aesthetic. Other features amplify this notion, too, from an oversized, cropped clock on the wall with jumbled numbers to the cocktails we serve. If you need a break, head over to the Fairway and hit a round of golf. Or, head into Willow or Walnut for a meeting. And when you're done with work, pull up to the bar to hear a tall tale with a cocktail.
